Role description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a hyper-organised, self-motivated EA to support a successful and in-demand Group CEO.


The right candidate will take away the administrative ‘noise’ from the CEO’s business and personal life, allowing him to focus on the demands of his position.


The EA will work fluidly between business and personal related tasks, identifying priorities and scheduling the CEO time accordingly. Pro-activity working to anticipate what needs to be done.

You will have proven experience of diary management, booking travel and supporting at a senior level. Alongside your business EA duties, the role includes some personal work – from scheduling cleaners /gardeners for multiple properties, to understanding the CEO’s children’s schedules ensuring the CEO is available for family commitments. The role also includes some support to the Senior leadership team.


Although working virtually you will be key to creating an inclusive, collaborative company environment. Arranging company social events and gifts for staff & clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Extensive diary management / Arranging meetings.

  • Arranging domestic and international travel.

  • Tracking expenses and collating receipts.

  • Preparing and formatting documents.

  • Research - Both professional and personal projects.

  • Personal duties – Arranging appointments / social events / dinners / presents / Oversee the scheduling of, and liaise with, cleaners, dog walkers, gardeners.

  • Organises gifts for clients.

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.

  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, social events, fund-raising events and staff appreciation events.

  • Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents.

  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

  • Any other ad hoc admin tasks.

Knowledge & Experience

Skills and experience

  • Proven track record as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.

  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.

  • Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
