Using data to support diversity in the workplace.

A major new study of appointments by FTSE 100 businesses over the last decade has concluded that although the number of women directors had more than doubled, 83 per cent of them were taken on as non-executives.

beyondanalysis examined the contents of 1,046 annual reports published by companies which had featured in the FTSE 100 between 2006 and the end of last year. We then condensed the findings into a data visualisation tool or digital ‘dashboard’ to allow businesses to track their progress on executive diversity.
