Responsible for sales and marketing, operations, partnerships and customer service, Paul established Beyond Analysis in 2007 and has grown the business into a highly successful and internationally recognised consumer insight and strategy business.

Adams career began with O2 where he was Finance Manager for their Retail Division. Before coming to Beyond Analysis he was Head of Finance at Gu Puds and RSA. During his time at Beyond Analysis he has successfully delivered several significant partnerships, acquisitions and investments. He is currently performing the dual role of UK General Manager.
Nicole is one of UK Retails most seasoned professionals, with a career in Merchandising spanning over 19 years with leading UK multi-channel retailers. Nicole understands the power of data to deliver business growth and great customer experience in what has to be some of the most challenging business environments. With a strong commercial focus, balanced with an intuitive understanding of customers and their product needs, her track record in delivering results is second to none.
Chief Data Officer
William is co-founder and leads the strategy for the UK’s leading customer insight group, Beyond Analysis. In his role, William has overall responsibility for advising clients and developing the data vision and solutions that enable clients to transform their business with data. Along with Paul Alexander, CEO, William established Beyond Analysis in 2007 and has worked tirelessly to exceed the company’s aggressive growth plans.
Chief Technology Officer
GV has 15+ years of experience in data science, starting his career at Beyond Analysis. He has helped bring about positive transformation to the way data is used in some of the biggest brands across the globe. His extensive multi-sector experience in designing and implementing highly effective machine learning solutions and successfully bringing these to fruition in the real world is highly valued by our clients.
Anthony began his career as a graduate at BA. Since then he has worked extensively in the field of analytics of transactional data in the retail, travel and financial services verticals across our international footprint. He has seen first hand the benefits that can be achieved as well as having experienced the many pitfalls and challenges. This makes him extremely well qualified to lead and advise our clients on putting their data to work.

Lauren has extensive experience in launching and marketing innovative brands using data at the core from the very beginning of her career at Innocent Smoothies when it was in start up mode. She discovered her passion for data at dunnhumby with Paul and Will and went on to hold senior marketing leadership positions in FMCG and Healthcare. She knows the data to actionable insight to effective marketing results like no other making her perfectly placed to manage the operations of the business.
Catherine is one of the most experienced CRM specialists in the industry, with a career that has included roles in Australia, the UK and Asia. She has advised major brands including Volvo, American Express, Pernod Ricard, Telstra, ANZ, Myer, Nestle, NAB and Mercedes-Benz. Catherine understands how to bring data and marketing together to deliver exceptional results whilst at the same time ensuring an effective legacy is always left behind with our clients.
Michael brings over 15 years professional services experience spanning data, strategic business growth, marketing and product. His experience at brands such as Dun & Bradstreet, Australia Post and Lloyds Register equip him to take a strategic and logical approach to solving business challenges that deliver real and measurable results.
