
Happy Fifteenth Birthday to Us

What better way to mark our 15th Birthday, than with great financial results and a cupboard full of awards?
Over the last year revenue has grown by 27 per cent and since 2017 revenue has a CAGR of 34 per cent, whilst EBITDA has increased over three times since 2019.
Almost half of the growth experienced over the past 12 month was achieved through the acquisition of new clients, whilst over 70 per cent of our existing clients are in at least their second year of working with us. This growth has resulted in the recruitment of 33 new team members over the course of 2021.
Marking fifteen years of operation the organisation recently underwent a brand refresh. We believe the new company name Beyond: Putting Data to Work, reflects the need for businesses to be proactive in their use of data to drive competitive advantage, as well as our ability to cut through the data mountain to select the right data for the job, simplify and humanise the data to make it accessible to everyone in the business and assess the right strategies that fit with business goals and objectives.
In December, we were certified as a Great Place to Work® for the first time. This means that we have been officially recognised by the leading authority on workplace culture and experience, Great Places to Work®, as an exceptional, high performing work place. The certification is driven by an employee engagement survey, which measures the extent to which employees across the organisation report a consistently great workplace experience, considering factors such as their daily encounters of innovation, inclusivity, company values and the effectiveness of its leaders.
In addition, both Beyond Analysis and Beyond AML achieved two ISO awards, ISO27001 and ISO9001, to become one of only a handful of British businesses to hold both accreditations. ISO27001 is the international standard prescribing best practice for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). It provides a framework for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring and improving information management using a six-part process model. Whilst ISO9001 relates to quality management.
The certification provides a foundation for better customer satisfaction, staff motivation and continual improvement. The quality management standard is required across all facets of the business including facilities, people, training, services and equipment.
We’re also delighted to announce that we have also made it into the Clutch 250, a list of the UK’s most customer focused businesses, compiled by the rating and review platform, Clutch. The companies included in this list demonstrate their dedication to their clients throughout the past twelve months.
