Beyond Analysis were asked by this client to help them define how data can enable better and more targeted services to charities and their donor community.
What we did
We ran our data strategy development process with the client which involved gathering requirements, assessing the current data and solutions and defining the future state before mapping out immediate quick wins and a longer term road map.
The strategy delivered 14 bespoke recommendations with a robust benefits case identifying an additional £60m worth of possible incremental donations from only £1m investment. This was supported with a defined plan with view of costs and benefits over time.
We approached Beyond Analysis as we needed help to understand how data could enable better and more targeted services to charities and the JustGiving community.
Time was of the essence and Beyond Analysis were quick to get the project underway. Their team engaged with multiple stakeholders through a series of interviews and workshops and delivered a number of recommendations, with supporting validations, to our Board just two months later.
We have used the resulting data strategy to develop our 2012 plan of activity, and three key recommendations have been trialled in Q1 alone.
