Role description

As a Partner you will own a business area and have accountability for delivering the revenue target for that area.  You will be accountable for developing and managing client relationships at a senior level, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to growth and development. This includes making sure the financial targets are met, and that the right team is in place to meet the needs of your clients. 


As a key leader of the business the Partner will be at the forefront of our vision, helping to set the strategic direction, driving forward the business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop members of the team.


  • Delivery of the revenue target through existing and new business. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. 

  • Strive to grow your business area by helping clients to use data to transform and grow their businesses.  

  • Provide data strategy consultancy and industry SME consultancy to clients and potential clients. 

  • Accountable for proposals, statement of works and pricing for clients. 

  • Pro-actively seeks out new growth opportunities through new potential partners to open up territories. 

  • Build and lead a team of Consultants and Associates, providing coaching and managing the KPI’s to ensure individual, team and company performance. 

  • Part of the senior leadership team, driving the overall business strategy. 

  • Owns and is accountable for senior relationships within clients, ensuring effective communication between BA, the technical delivery team and the customer.  

  • Retention and growth of existing clients. 

  • Deliver the BA Way. 

  • Attends and presents at networking events and conferences as necessary. 

  • Thought leader for clients and internally for product and solutions development. 

  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business to enable idea generation and to define solution requirements and guide and lead the technical delivery team to develop technical solutions for the clients.  

  • Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycle. 

Knowledge & Experience


  • Experience of managing and delivering against a P&L. 

  • Significant industry experience. 

  • Significant experience gained within a consultancy business at a senior level and/or a significant level of sector experience. 

  • You will have a strong network across the industry. 

  • Strong evidence of having developed a consulting business, ideally data consultancy. 

  • Experience of managing large complex programmes and delivering data consultancy services/solutions. 

  • Transformational and entrepreneurial leader. 


Skills & Experience: 

  • Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance. 

  • Ability to develop, manage and implement strategy and plans. 

  • Relevant industry experience. 

  • Degree or equivalent in business or related field. 

  • Proven track record in developing and managing long term relationships with clients. 

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
