Role description
Reporting into a Partner, you will be responsible for supporting your Partner to manage and grow existing and new clients. You will own a revenue target and you will act as the main contact for clients on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities

Drive business development by writing business proposals and statements of work.

Pro-actively seeks out opportunities for growth through referrals and existing clients.

Provide advice and consultation to existing and new clients.
-
Forms strong and credible relationships with clients and stakeholders through pro-active and collaborative behaviours.

Act as an SME for clients by developing a deep understanding of their business, our internal products and solutions and the external market.

Coach, train and develop other team members.
-
Manage Associates within the team.
-
Act as bridge between the client and the technical delivery team guiding the technical delivery team to develop the solution in line with the client requirements.

Ongoing client management to include production of client plans, business reviews and client reviews.

Client reporting to include forecast sales and report on performance.

Develop and deliver client presentations by utilising internal resources to support.

Work with marketing to boost brand awareness.
Knowledge & Experience
Skills & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (advanced degree or MBA is preferred).
-
5-10 years of experience ideally in a Consultancy environment or relevant industry experience.

Experience in a leadership role.
-
Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to data strategy, data insights, business development, project management, marketing and sales, etc.

Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen.

Proven ability to lead teams, motivate others, communicate complex ideas clearly, gain the respect of clients and colleagues, and work collaboratively.

Experience of working in fast-paced environments.

Experience and ability to develop and manage client/stakeholder relationships at all levels in an organisation.

Ability to translate business requirements into a technical brief.
